Sugar Snaps uses only the finest quality products and ribbon edges are professionally sealed to prevent fraying and extend the life of your hairbows.

No problem - we realize that it can be overwhelming with so many options, but not to worry, Sugar Snaps will talk you through the process to make sure you get exactly what you want! You can also e-mail photos of an outfit and Sugar Snaps will create a custom designed hairbow to coordinate perfectly. We will e-mail you a photo of the hairbow for your review and approval prior to shipping to make certain you are completely satisfied.
It is our goal to ship orders within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment. Large or custom orders may take a bit longer depending on the request, but we will always do our best to get your hairbows to you in a timely fashion so your sweetie can enjoy them as soon as possible. Need your order yesterday??? Let us know if your order is time sensitive and we will make every effort to turn your order around and get it in your hands within 24 - 48 hours. Local orders (minimum of a $30 order) may also be hand delivered based on your location.
Customer service is our number one priority! Although it is nice to earn some extra income on the side, my passion is in creating treasures that will make your sweetie glow. If for any reason you are not happy, we are not happy! We stand behind our products 100% so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your hairbow to Sugar Snaps within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
